Q: Do you have to book in advance?
A: We would always highly recommend that you book in advance to avoid disappointment. This can be done online which would make your admission into Rebound much easier and quicker. This way, you can sign all waivers prior to visiting Rebound.
Q: Are there any rules that have to be followed?
A: Here we say the Rebound style is the safe style. All jumpers must sign a waiver (an adult must sign on behalf of anyone under the age of 18) in order to bounce. These include all of our site rules and rules of bounce. Before entering the trampoline park, you must also watch our informative safety briefing video which will tell you the do's and don'ts of jumping. There are always plenty of Rebound Marshals on the trampoline park to help you with the rules of bounce and they will ensure that the Rebound is always a safe place to have lots of fun. Make sure you follow the rules though, otherwise you may just get a red card!
Q: How old do you need to be to visit without adult supervision?
A: All bookings need to be done by a responsible adult over the age of 18, they would also need to sign any waivers for jumpers under the age of 18. Adults can leave jumpers aged 13 or over unsupervised at Rebound, any jumper below the age of 13 needs to have an adult remain on the Rebound premises.
Q: Do I have to pay if I am not jumping?
A: Spectators admission is only £2 per person. We have seating both downstairs and upstairs in our gallery area where you can purchase hot and cold drinks/food.
Q: Do I have to arrive early?
A: It is advisable that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your bounce time so that we can log you in and provide you with your wrist band. You will also need to watch the safety briefing video before your bounce session starts.
Q: How old do you have to be to use the trampoline park?
A: During our open jump sessions, only children aged 4 and over can use our facilities. Children under the age of 4 can use our toddler or family sessions during the allocated times and dates.
Q: Is there an upper age limit?
A: There is no age limit. People of all ages can enjoy our facilities.
Q: Do I need special socks?
A: Yes. Our Rebound socks have a special safety grip feature on the sole of the sock. This prevents you from slipping and sliding, and allows you to make the most of all of our facilities. Our super cool socks must be worn and can be purchased during your online booking for £2.50 per pair, but be sure to bring them next time as you will save £2.50 per jumper.
Q: Would you recommend any specific type of clothing?
A: We would highly recommend loose baggy clothing which covers arms and legs. Unfortunately anyone with bare skin exposed on their legs will not be able to use the tight rope.
Q: Is there a Car Park available and does it cost?
A: We have lots of FREE car parking spaces available for you to use at your disposal. Our front car park is situated off Stockholm Road and our rear car park is on Malmo Road and down the first right turning. We also have disabled spaces located in our front car park.
Q: How can I get to Rebound?
A: We have free car parking available for all guests. Our closest bus stop is opposite Ennerdale leisure center on Sutton Road, the buses which stop here are Number 7 and 8. More information on these routes can be found at www.stagecoachbus.com. We are also only a 20 minute walk from Kingswood Retail Centre which has lots of different buses stopping there.
