Site Rules

Have you signed your waiver? Entry to Rebound will not be allowed unless you have. If you are under 18, your parent / guardian must sign for you. Jumpers under 13 years of age must be supervised by an adult at all times.

  • Jumpers under 4 years of age must jump with a parent or responsible adult during specific toddler or family sessions. Jumpers over 4 years of age can attend open jump, but must be accompanied at all times and jump according to their ability. D.O.Bs will be taken for all children.
  • Jumpers must wear Rebound grip socks at all times whilst in the trampoline area.
  • Individuals weighing over 130 kg (20 stone 7 pounds) will not be permitted to enter the trampoline area, airbag or foam pit.
  • Running is prohibited within Rebound. Lying or sitting down on the trampolines or padding is also prohibited. If you feel dizzy or tired, notify a Rebound marshal straight away and leave the trampoline area.
  • Sharp and loose objects such as jewellery, keys and phones are not allowed within the trampoline area. They may cause injury, become lost, or cause damage to the trampolines. Please use the lockers provided. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
  • Never jump when pregnant or unwell. No one under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be allowed into Rebound. Anyone who becomes unwell whilst at Rebound will be asked to leave immediately to avoid the risk of infection.
  • If you witness any unsafe behaviour, violent or abusive conduct please notify a member of staff immediately.
  • No smoking, eating or drinking is allowed in the trampoline area (including in or near the airbag or foam pit). This includes e-cigarettes. Food may be consumed in the café areas but only if it has been purchased from Rebound, unless (i) the food is birthday cake or birthday cupcakes for a children’s party, or (ii) Rebound is made aware of any allergy requirements and it is not able to cater for them. Chewing gum is prohibited throughout Rebound.
  • No pets are allowed on the premises except guide dogs.
  • You should always be aware of people around you, particularly little jumpers - always allow smaller jumpers the right of way. Never interfere with another jumper.
  • You should stay in control of your jumps at all times – always jump within your ability and skill level.
    Always land with both feet together, or on your bottom – never on one foot. Aim for the centre of the trampoline and never land outside of the coloured border. Always jump within the coloured pads, and aim for the centre of the trampoline.
  • Never jump onto the coloured pads.
  • Never jump onto another person’s trampoline. This is called double bouncing, and is strictly not allowed. Double bouncing can cause serious injury by bouncing someone else higher or affecting their landing. One trampoline – one person.
  • You can bounce from one trampoline to another providing there is no one else on them, and you should not flip, somersault or run between trampolines. Double flips are strictly prohibited.
  • Jumping off the angled trampolines is allowed – but always plan your landings before you jump.
  • Do not hang from netting, padding or trampolines. No fighting or wrestling whilst on the trampolines.
  • Always listen to the Rebound marshals and follow their instructions. Follow the rules for your safety and the safety of others.
  • We accept no responsibility for theft or loss of items. Personal items and money belonging to children should be left with their accompanying adult.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any vouchers presented to us that are not in date or have not been issued by Rebound.


Dodgeball rules of play

  • Each team begins the game with an equal number of players.
  • Maximum of 8 players per team.

You are out if:

i. The referee says so : the marshal’s call is final – no arguing
ii. You hit your opponent above the neck – strictly no headshots allowed
iii. You are hit by a live ball
iv. You throw a live ball that is caught by an opposing player
v. You cross the central area
vi. You hold a ball for longer than 10 seconds
vii. You kick a dodgeball
General rules:
i. Only dodgeballs provided by Rebound are allowed
ii. Once you are out leave the dodgeball arena immediately
iii. Balls are ‘dead’ when they hit any object apart from a person
iv. Dodgeballs can only be used in the dodgeball area

Foam Pit and Airbag Rules

  • When jumping into the foam pit or onto the airbag, always ensure it is free before you jump. Allow other jumpers to exit before you jump.
  • No diving head first. Dive feet first and jump onto your side, back or bottom. Do not jump without a marshal in attendance. Jumpers must wait where instructed by the marshal.
  • Always follow the marshal’s directions.
  • Only one jumper at a time. Do not jump before previous jumper has exited.
  • No landing or diving head first.
  • Only front flips are permitted. No back flips, double flips or gainers (forward moving back flips). Do not attempt anything outside your personal ability.
  • Playing, picking and throwing the foam blocks is prohibited.
  • Do not bury yourself into the foam pit or cover yourself or others with the airbag fabric.
  • If you lose an item in the foam pit or airbag, notify a marshal as soon as possible. Lost items will only be searched for during evening maintenance.
  • Exit the foam pit and airbag areas as quickly as possible.
  • Jumpers with exposed skin on their legs will not be allowed to use the slack rope.
